My name is Mittens The Mailbox, thank you for considering my commissions! These are my Terms of Service for all forms and types of commissions I offer, so read carefully and here's some helpful points to get started:- You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission, trade or request for any reason.
- All commissioned work is for personal and/or private use only (unless agreed upon by both parties).
- I require a digital reference to work to accept your commission inquiry (unless said commission allows otherwise).
- If there are no references given, I cannot accept your commission.- By commissioning me and requesting my services, you acknowledge that you've read and agree to my Terms of Service and the rules/boundaries laid out within them.

Commissioner's Allowed:
- Upload to social media sites, with credit (in your bio on a website, included in your post with the artwork, etc).
- Resizing/cropping for icon use.
- Printing for personal use.Commissioner's Unallowed:
- Claim artwork as your own or reposting without proper credit.
- Sell any of my artwork for a profit without prior discussion.
- Editing the commissions by yourself or through a third party, including the watermark.
- Tracing, heavy referencing, or copying my art on a public website.
- Used as an NFT, for Generative AI training, or any subsections of these groups.
Will Draw:
- Furry or Anthro characters.
- Human/Humanoid characters.Won't Draw:
- Any NSFW/sexually suggestive poses.
- Complex clothing/armor/mecha
- No fetish art i.e. inflation, vore, etc (even if it does not include nudity, I still don't want to draw it).- If you have any questions about your character, feel free to DM!
- I accept payments in USD only, through Ko-fi, Paypal, and Stripe.
- NFT's and Cryptocurrencies are not allowed as payment options.- All payments must be paid upfront before work on your commission begins (unless agreed upon by both parties).
- Commissions will not be completed without full payment.- Requesting commissions to not be shared and/or uploaded publicly will add a 20% fee to the commission price, as I regularly stream my progress through Twitch.- Tips are not required, but always appreciated!
- W.I.P. (Work in Progress) draft's will be provided for all commissions at each stage: Sketching, Lineart, and Colouring.- Once the W.I.P. is approved, no major changes or additions can be made to the lineart. Requesting them without prior notice/contact will incur additional fees.
- Colour-related changes to commissions are okay to request!- The final product will be delivered via Discord unless requested for another method. You will be given a watermarked and an unwatermarked version, and if there are any issues please contact me immediately!
- Turn-around time for commissions is 2 weeks to a month. I suffer from heavy ADHD and executive dysfunction, which impacts my ability to finish art quickly.
- The time it takes to finish also depends on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned artwork, and IRL commitments like work shifts. If something comes up on my end, I will contact you about it!- Rush commissions and time changes will incur a 50% increase in price.
- If you need your commission to be finished by a specific date, it must be discussed beforehand OR with ample time to prepare. I will not accept time changes/rush commissions under a week of time.- Asking for progress on your commission is okay, but asking for deadlines is not.
- Do not rush me to finish your commission above others in the queue. I work on commissions in a certain order, which I update HERE on my Trello board!- I do not work 24/7 on these, as I work a job on the weekends and stream during the week. If you see me active on platforms like Discord, Bluesky, etc, it does not mean your commission has been forgotten. If you have any questions, reach out to me!
- Full refunds (100%) can be offered if the commission is still being sketched, and Partial refunds (50 - 75%) can be offered before the lining is complete.
- No refunds can be given after the commission is completed.- I have the right to refund 30% at any time if I feel uncomfortable with the commission.
